Negative: The door into the basement apartment is around the back, close to the parking spot, and is a bit tight, just go smooth and move in on item at a time, the stairs are a bit tricky, but manageable.
Summary: It was nice to be centrally located in Midvale.

Positive: The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The guest suite was comfortable and clean. It had a great set up for our needs.
Negative: The only drawback was the noise from upstairs. It is a basement and so should have been expected, but you should hear the people and dog walking above us as well as the tv.

Positive: PERFECT FOR US. Tino and Rebecca Are AMAZING Hosts. They were ahead of any requests and treated all of us like we were Royalty. This Property is Quaint and its history is so interesting. The WIFI was screaming fast too. Great design of the space and surprisingly there is enough electric outlets for a historical property. Don't hesitate, I rarely give a review like this but it was a great stay and Truly SUPER HOSTS. Just go ahead and book this property.
Negative: It all worked out great for us.
Summary: Everyone loved it and all agreed that it was at the top of the properties we have stayed at.
